Recognize, React and Reduce Your Stress!

We all deal with stressors throughout our day.  Sometimes it’s just traffic, but usually there are heavy issues weighing on us, children, work, bill, relationships, the list is big.  The stress and anxiety can feel overwhelming.  There are many options to help you cope, talking to someone and medication have become the go to “solutions”, but there are other things you can and SHOULD be doing to recognize, react, and reduce your stress levels.

Anna Rich M.Ed, the Learning Center Director for SSDN, will present simple do-it-yourself techniques and strategies in an interactive, fun and RELAXING workshop.

Insider Tips:

Anne Farina, MSW and Mental Health Coordinator for SSDN, will discuss ways to manage the maze of mental health. When is stress really an anxiety disorder?  Who should you talk to?  How do you know if a counselor or therapist is a good match for you?  What questions should you ask? What are your options? These questions, plus those you come up with, will be answered.
